Our Therapists provide individual Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, and Parent Coaching appointments.
Appointments are typically 1 clinical hour (50-minutes) in length, although shorter half-length sessions (25-minutes) are available when appropriate (ie: for younger children, during the maintenance or discharge process, or for individuals who find the longer session length difficult to manage).

We offer family therapy and parent-child therapy to all age groups (including families with adult children).
We offer parent-coaching appointments and couples counselling to couples and families struggling with parenting-related concerns.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
The separation/ divorce process can be difficult for everyone involved including children. Through counselling, we can process the many difficult feelings associated with parental separation and/ or divorce.
We also assist parents in creating and implementing a co-parenting plan post-separation/ divorce.
Grief and loss can bring up many painful and difficult feelings. Individuals who have experienced loss may find themselves feeling symptoms of Anxiety, fear, hopelessness and many other feelings. We can help you/ your child overcome move through these feelings as we guide you through the process of grief and healing.
